Spa and NYR
Had a lovely afternoon at the Spa hotel on our local Brunel University campus. I have been testing out as I am planning a residential weekend for women to be Healed and Empowered after an history of abuse. It is the perfect place for some Cleopatra pampering. There will be some workshops with input from some of the university departments such as creative writing and art therapy. More on this when we have the sponsors and dates organised. The whole hotel is womb like and feels a sacred space for the healing needed. The staff so kind and caring.
Those knees not to bad for over 60 lol and they feel so much more comfortable after the steam room too. My skin feels good with the Geranium & Orange body balm.
I took my products with me and feels good to have products from a business I am part of that are full of so much love and care. This is the point of NYR the products are made with love and you can feel the love... a shower with a hug.. and your skin cared for with love.
