Had to go for my GP check up today and was quite happy in the waiting room as found this magazine. The Menopause Matters is a brilliant journal with great articles to inspire and help understand it all. I had a laugh at Julie Waters on her hot flushes. Could imagine her saying this and her actions... love that woman she is amazingly talented... Do note readers of my blog my saying is Menopause does not mean Pause on Men.. ;-)
