How to Give a Face Massage | Shiatsu Massage

Thought I would share this with you as last night I found my mind was going ten to the dozen after some studying...... I used the techniques with my orange flower facial oil...... though Shiatsu does not need oil to do it was incredibly pleasant to have the orange flower oil to help me relax.......and you can follow the pressure points as self treatment........ had a wonderful sleep after and my headache and tension and hyperactivity of mind disappeared......woke so rested........ I enjoy Shiatsu and studied this in Sheffield some time ago as an elective study in my BSc Nursing ... it was brilliant in labour management of my mothers as a midwife too....... I should refresh by going on some workshops again.......quite relaxing just to watch this demo too don't you think.... nice calm energy and so caring and loving..
