London Marathon therapy

This is a must for those muscle aches after a run or any exercise. Or for comfort to ease all aches and pains..... 

 All the best for all the runners doing an amazing job for charity fundraising.... thoughts with you all.  Thinking of the London Air Ambulance we have some runners in the London Marathon.... Actually any orders placed over the weekend and up to the 30th April I will donate 10% of the commission to the London Air Ambulance. With many orders I can generate extra goodies to put a raffle basket together for the London Air Ambulance too!!

This is me in the photo below on one of the LAA bucket collections in Paddington station. LAA have card touch now to make it easier for passerbys to do a contactless donation.
