Friday 12th May I had a wonderful evening of sharing with Michelle and some of our team of consultants on the beneficial use of the Frankincense range of products. Michelle had put together a lovely table for us all to sit round, with all we needed for a self indulgent mindfulness facial. The key to this is mindfulness. Michelle guided us through a journey of discovery that each product we used has...The aromas to draw into our being to be mindful of the feelings each brought and how our journey was to relax and restore .. not only our skin but our whole being. We had all had challenging days so this was a very welcome journey of sharing. With this journey was the knowledge of where the products are sourced an how they are loving manufactured to create an age defying result in your skin.

To start your journey of mindfulness facial care... the Woman's balance Oil is perfect. You can use this as a steam inhalation in a small bowl and create a towel tent to capture the steam infusion..... with this start your relaxation with some controlled breathing. Most will say take a deep breathe in but I have always as a midwife helping mothers in labour taught to breath out to discharge out all the negativity, the fears, the anxieties and the stresses of the day. So a long breathe out like gently blowing out a candle...... and if you are in a panic mode and need to use this as an acute remedy then to get control over breathing ....do a couple of short puff blows out then a long breathe out..... puff puff blooooow... the long blow out beginning to relax you down.. then something magical happens your inward breath becomes a natural unhindered flow of air inwards... Now with the inhalation, there is no effort to inward breath so now each breath becomes a cleansing gentle wave ridding you of the negativity that is causing the panic in you......

Now the journey can focus on the skin care.. with the Frankincense redefining Cleanser... do note that you only need a small amount on your fingertips to spread and massage over the face and neck.....you can use the damp muslin cloth to wipe your face or have some cotton swabs ready to use....

Following the Frankincense redefining cleanser we used the Honey & Orange facial scrub mixed with a little of the cleanser to help gently massage over the face. The action only needs to be gentle light firmness as the scrub works well and does not need any friction...... it glides and you can feel the rice particles performing the exfoliation. Note is a treatment only needed two or three times a month. Then cleanse with warm water wipes. By now on this journey you will begin to feel that your skin is feeling much smoother and beginning to glow.... The Honey is healing and the kaolin removing impurities.... Be mindful of the wonderful refreshing aroma of the orange oil
