Ofuro - Japanese Mindfulness bathing
I am totally inspired by this article and thinking how much it fits in with the NYR products for showering and bathing.

It is a time for self care - to take time cleansing body and soul in a ritual of washing self to achieve calmness and happiness as you de-stress from the days challenges. It is performed in a more meditative mindfulness way. The bathing area is cleared of clutter so not to distract and to be symbolic of clearing mind of the clutter of negative stressful thoughts too. Candles are lit and to add to the feeling of calmness. The home fragrance range of candles will be ideal for creating the desired ambience. Aromatherapy oils are put in the bath if the bath is the cleansing choice over a shower. The oil used is Cypress oil considered relaxing yet uplifting and heightening spiritual awareness.
