Anyone like me that loves flowers will love aromas they emit and know the feeling of upliftment and sometimes peace & tranquility that can be got from beautiful floral smells... I have been out doing some photo shoots of the oils in my Marjorie's Yard garden from the Starter kit that I received. I have since..... let me see... 1989 been an advocate for Aromatherapy oils. In my Student Midwifery days I actually wrote a case history on the benefits of oils and this got published in the Nursing Times. We had a case of an antenatal mum that was Gravida 2 para 1 that was struggling with persistent migraines and an energetic two year old son too..... her BP was normotensive so no worry with this..... so we consulted an Aromatherapist and got some oils mixed for her..... this helped her but the spin off was her little boy wanted to have them in the bath and have a nice massage before going to bed..... Without us looking for this research outcome lol the nursery teacher was asking what have you done to him?.... he is so well behaved.....He was benefiting you see from some good nights sleep and his behaviour was more under control and was performing better in the nursery........ :-)
So Aromas can have an effect for the better... and to improve well being....
