We had a good team meeting today with Michelle, my upline consultant leader and Lisa, our Regional Leader. It was a good idea to meet at the Kings Head in Ashford as the beer garden was cool and a great space to sit and team share, with soft drinks I might hasten to add. Michelle brought one of her long term customers that has decided to come on board as a consultant. She is a *Sparkle* of a recruit as she is also a qualified Aromatherapist.. You do not have to be a therapist to join. All you need is the energise passion & focus to succeed with a multi award wining company that produces great products. Products that customers look for, love and want to purchase. The skincare products are made with love each step of the way from harvesting crops to manufacture and marketing. Plus there is customer and consultant support. The passion is to help you feel and look good and to care for the world we live in.
We were looking at these two top sellers in this heatwave, the White Tea Facial Mist and the Lavender & Tea Tree Powder There was a fun fact on the powder apparently it is great for keeping a grip when pole dancing - exercising that is not entertaining... lol so that is now a good selling line for those that need to keep a grip on the pole...
Lisa's story is in the customers catalogue and shows how the the business can be built round raising a family but in doing so you feel part of a family = the NYR family. Lisa has a team that has organically grown with 5 amazing leaders and 700 independent consultants.. This has enabled her to reach Regional Leader level to reap the rewards of the product volume being sold through her team.
